Compuchlor C320 Cell - Generic

The above photo is what the original cell looks like either with mesh plate (older versions) or solid plate.

All of our cells in the Compuchlor standard range are made in Australia and will produce the same amount as the original cells.

This cell has been redesigned from its original four-plate, 320mm long configuration for several reasons:

• The original long plate design was necessary to fit the required plate area within a PVC pipe's diameter. However, with modern plastics, we can now fit five plates using a polypropylene clip.
• The old long plate design restricted current flow and rendered outer plates ineffective.
• Longer plates in non-reversing cells are more susceptible to warping, bowing, or bending.
• The new design with shorter plates and additional material improves efficiency.
• The previous spacer sets were prone to breaking due to cell flexing, but the new shorter multi-plate cell and improved clips address this issue.
• Additionally, the resin-filled cell provides protection against external moisture and leaks.
